Hello everybody!
Well, it seems not as many people read the last two posts....since only my dear brothers Justin and Dan commented (thank you Oppas) SO perhaps I can entice you to read with THIS:

That's right! I have cute things to show you! So read on!
Okay, so this is Stella's dog. (Stella is my Catholic friend that goes to my church in Gunsan) And...its not really HER dog, she hates anything furry, so it's actually her dad and brother's dog. But they all live together so its like the "family" dog I guess. This last Sunday I went over to their house for lunch and played with him! He is so cute! He's a white Pomeranian. Stella was so funny because she doesn't like furry things, so she would run away from him. It was so funny, it looked like she was scared of this adorable tiny little thing.
| Stella says this picture should be rated "19 and older"...lol. She's ridiculous. |
He so cute! And he loved eating my fingers! He also greeted my by almost peeing all over me... "HIIIIIII I"m so excited to meet you I'm gonna pee myself!!" hahahaha. Luckily it didn't get on me, just all over the floor.
He was so fluffy and little! I will go visit him again sometime. I can't really remember his name...I think its "Doong-ee" They told me what it meant, but I forget. Anyway, little Doong-ee and I will be having a reunion soon!
Now, on to cute little humans. There are two new kindergartners, a brother and sister. They are adorably outgoing and friendly. On the first day I met them they posed like pros for the camera:
| This is Da-eun. She is 6. |
| And this is her little brother Joon-saw. He's 4. (Korean age 5, but we all know that's not their real age) He's so cute! He's smiling so hard his face looks like a prune! looool. |
I made kimchi with my kindergartners Tuesday morning, and it was so fun! They are adorable!
| I took this picture on Monday, they had to salt the cabbage and let it sit overnight. Talk about a long prep time! |
| Radish. |
| Sauce! |
| Aprons on and ready to go! |
| Haha, told you they were camera pros! As soon as they saw me, they posed. I didn't even have to tell them to look at me...haha, such hams. |
| Got the cabbage, and plates full of sauce, ready to go! |
Let the slaughtering of the cabbage commence!
| If you didn't know what this was, this might look disturbing.... |
| Looks gross, but is so good! |
| yummmm |
Aren't my babies adorable? We also watched a dinosaur movie after lunch, and it reminded me of when Damian was 3 and sneaked into the living room while Kevin and I were watching Jurassic park....the beginning of the "B'rar" fascination. :)
So, I believe last post I mentioned that my kids had a talent show that I couldn't go to because of the "Workshop" that Friday. However, I made it to the rehearsals and got to take pictures of them in their adorable costumes! (I have a few videos of some of their dances and stuff, but I'll just wait until I get back to show you guys those. )

| 1st Graders |
| One of the other TaLK scholars is always bragging about his cute 1st graders, so I sent him this picture and said "You're kids may be cute, but are they wearing ELF costumes?" Mwahahahaha. I win. |
| I have no idea why, but this kid really wanted me to take a picture of him doing this...Santa maybe? |
| Nice photo bomb, boy. |
| This kid is so cute, but so shy. |
| 1st grade girls. |
| 2nd grade girls. |
| This girl is the biggest tomboy...she's always running around and then whenever she sees me she stops whatever she's doing and says "HI!" |
| 2nd grade boys. This kid in the front (Songho) comes into my classroom randomly throughout the day. And he is always going to the nurses office...I think he's special ed, and a hypochondriac. The other kid was making that face because he didn't want to take a picture with Songho in it. |
| Joon-hee. My special ed third grader. |
| Another 3rd grader. |
| Third grade boys will be boys. |
| Cute 3rd grade girls!! |
| 4th grade |
| 4th grade kid...aren't their costumes beautiful? |
| 5th grade. |
| 5th grade in hanbok. (traditional Korean dress) |
| Alice, my star student. This kid knows tons of English and is really smart. But, she's also a little smart-alec...or "smart-alice" in her case. kkkkkkkk |
| Kindergarten in fancy fancy hanbok. |
| Lol...I love the photobombing 3rd graders in the back. |
| Dongwook kept sitting with his head in between my legs...I would push him away, and he kept coming right back. I eventually just gave up and let him sit like this. Sigh...yes, I know it's soft there kiddo...thanks for the reminder. |
So, there's all my cuteness for you for the day! Nothing too exciting has really happened recently. I went to Seoul with one of the 11th gens, Tori, two weeks ago. Neither of us had been in a really long time and we were both up for a nice spur of the moment getaway.
| Tori, waiting for the Dalkgalbi to finish cooking. We were so hungry! |
| Hurry up! I'm drooling! |
And another cute person I've met (although in a different way, right ladies? hahaha) This is Tori's friend, Hyung-gi. He was an exchange student at her college in Oregon. He seems like a really sweet guy.
Tori has a friend who owns a hostel in Gangnam, where we stayed. And while we were there I saw that he had some lovely flowers on the table....although, when I looked closer I found that something was different.....
| Behold! The Cabbage rose! |
But that's nothing new I guess, because cabbage seems to be a popular decoration over here...
| Maybe it's cheaper than flowers? |
| At least the homeless people will have something to munch on... |
Korea....I....can't find words to tell you how strange I think you are. But all in a good, fun way.
Well, its raining buckets over here today. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and I still have no plans or invitations from other American's to join a dinner feast...sad. Maybe I'll make a quick trip to Deajon or Seoul tomorrow morning (since *I* have a day off suckas!!) and buy a pie from Costco (cause you can't get pies just anywhere, and only a few cities have a Costco) and then take it home and eat it ALL BY MYSELF! Hmf..that'll show everyone. *sniff sniff*
But, on the bright side, I'm going to visit Eunju in Busan this weekend! Yay!
Well, that's all for now! Happy Thanksgiving! Eat lots of delicious food for me! Cheerio!
